Contract lifecycle
- One contract per accepted offer — auto-generated with both client and transporter reference numbers.
- Status pipeline: Draft → Sent → Resent → Signed → Closed, with timestamps on every transition.
- Automatic transition to Signed when both the client-signed and partner-signed documents are uploaded.
- Resend tracking with its own timestamp so you always know which version is in the client's hands.
